Welcome to AGNT ("we", "our", "us", or the "Company"). AGNT is developed and operated by Tech Space LLC, a company registered in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AGNT mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
AGNT is a personal real estate agent wallet and customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for licensed UAE real estate professionals. The App enables you to:
AGNT is not a real estate brokerage, agency, or intermediary. We do not participate in, facilitate, or guarantee any real estate transactions. The App is a productivity and organizational tool for your personal professional use.

AGNT offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscription prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. The applicable price will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period of one (1) month. During the free trial, you will have full access to all App features at no charge. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged, and your access will end at the conclusion of the trial period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your account settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law or the policies of Apple or Google.
Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly process payments or issue refunds. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the App.
The App allows you to upload, store, and manage various types of content including but not limited to: property listings, photographs, videos, documents (such as title deeds, contracts, and identification documents including passport copies and Emirates ID), contact information for leads and property owners, notes, and proposals (collectively, "User Content").
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By uploading User Content to the App, you grant Tech Space LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App services. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account.
By uploading any User Content, you represent and warrant that:
When you upload personal data of third parties (such as property owners, landlords, tenants, or leads) to the App, including but not limited to names, contact information, passport copies, Emirates ID copies, or other identification documents, YOU act as the Data Controller for such data under applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL - Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
As the Data Controller, you are solely responsible for:
Tech Space LLC acts solely as a Data Processor with respect to any third-party personal data you upload to the App. We process such data only on your behalf and according to your instructions for the purpose of providing the App services. We do not independently determine the purposes or means of processing such data.
TECH SPACE LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY PERSONAL DATA THAT YOU UPLOAD TO THE APP. We do not verify, validate, or audit the personal data you upload, including but not limited to passport copies, identification documents, contact information, or any other personal information of your clients, leads, or property owners.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tech Space LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from or related to:
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the App.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your User Content is stored privately and is accessible only to you. We do not share your data with other users unless you explicitly choose to share it. We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your User Content and account data for as long as your account is active. If your subscription expires or you cancel your account, we will retain your data for a period of ninety (90) days to allow for reactivation. After this retention period, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us at support@agnt.ae.
The App includes automated tools that suggest property matches based on lead preferences and listing data. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

The App, including its design, features, functionality, code, graphics, logos, and all other content (excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of Tech Space LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECH SPACE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tech Space LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
