2.3 Device and Technical Information

We automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• • Operating system and version
• • Unique device identifiers

• • App usage data and analytics
• • Crash reports and performance data

2.4 Subscription and Payment Information

• • We do NOT store or process credit card numbers or payment card details
• • All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• • We receive only subscription status information (active, expired, trial period) and transaction confirmations from the app stores

3. Subscription Information

To manage your subscription, we store:

• • Subscription status (free trial, active, expired)
• • Subscription plan type (monthly at AED 100/month or yearly at AED 1,000/year)
• • Free trial start and end dates
• • Subscription renewal dates

We do NOT store any financial payment information. All billing is processed through Apple or Google.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• • To authenticate your account and verify your identity
• • To manage your subscription and free trial period

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

• • Contract Performance: Processing is necessary to provide the App services you have subscribed to

6. Third-Party Personal Data You Upload

6.1 Your Role as Data Controller

When you upload personal data of third parties (such as property owners, landlords, tenants, or leads) to the App, including names, contact information, passport copies, Emirates ID copies, or other identification documents, YOU act as the Data Controller for such data under the UAE PDPL.

6.2 Your Responsibilities

As the Data Controller, you are solely responsible for:

• • Obtaining valid consent from individuals before uploading their personal data
• • Informing individuals about how their data will be used and stored
• • Ensuring you have a lawful basis for collecting and processing their data
• • Responding to data subject requests (access, correction, deletion)
• • Ensuring the accuracy of the data you upload
• • Complying with all UAE PDPL requirements

6.3 Our Role as Data Processor

Tech Space LLC acts solely as a Data Processor for any third-party personal data you upload. We process this data only on your behalf and according to your instructions for the purpose of providing App services. We do not independently use, analyze, or share this data for any other purpose.

6.4 Disclaimer

TECH SPACE LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY PERSONAL DATA THAT YOU UPLOAD TO THE APP. We do not verify that you have obtained proper consent to upload such data. Any claims, complaints, or legal actions from data subjects regarding their personal data are your sole responsibility.

7. Data Privacy and Isolation

Your User Content is stored privately and is accessible only to you. We maintain strict data isolation between users:

• • Your property listings, leads, and owner data are NOT visible to other users
• • We do NOT share your data with other real estate agents or brokerages
• • Each user's data is completely private unless you explicitly choose to share it

8. Sharing of Information

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

8.1 Service Providers

We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate and improve the App, including:

• • Cloud hosting and storage providers
• • Analytics services (to understand App usage patterns)
• • Crash reporting and error monitoring services
• • Customer support tools

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

8.2 App Store Providers

Apple and Google receive subscription and billing-related information as necessary to process your payments.

8.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by UAE law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

8.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, who will be bound by this Privacy Policy.

9. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

We retain your personal data and User Content according to the following policies:

• • Active Accounts: Data is retained for as long as your account remains active
• • Expired Subscriptions: Data is retained for ninety (90) days after subscription expiration to allow for reactivation
• • Deleted Accounts: Data is permanently deleted within ninety (90) days of account deletion request
• • Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by UAE law
